With more than 20 years of experience in handling and supplying lobster, the company has developed deep expertise in sourcing from the rich waters of Nova Scotia, one of the world’s most renowned lobster regions.

Operating from a modern processing facility of over 65,000 square feet on the South Shore of Nova Scotia, our company maintains advanced infrastructure designed to ensure product quality and reliability. The facility includes 7 holding tanks with a capacity of 760,000 pounds of live lobsters, ensuring year round supply.
